Really? It's taken seven months to post another update? Are you lazy? Slothful? A waste of flesh?

Well, yes and no. But mostly no. I have just been experiencing my normal level of activity, by which I mean no free evenings or weekends, ever. I've done about 10 films already this year, including Side Effects, iTeen, An Eye for an Eye, The Fall of a Sparrow, Mosaic, Being from Another Planet and Avis Oswald. I've done several Art Van Clearance Center TV spots and a TV/radio spot for Botsford Hospital as well. And I have my first SAG project coming up in August, Dennis Janiske's Affected. It will be yummy, trust me!

Add all that to the Mad Rabbit band schedule and you can see why fake blogging isn't high on my priority list. But nevertheless, there you go, an update to let you know I'm still alive.

Off to another shoot. Enjoy the rest of your summer, babies!

Howdy, all! It's been a busy month and more for me and the Mad Rabbits. I had the privilege to contribute vocals to a track on a local Christmas album in December, with the hopes that another album will be done in 2010 with full orchestration. So that could be cool. Plus, I've never done a Christmas song before. It was lovely! The album was produced by James Stonehouse and Janet Pound, and I sang with the lovely Amy Heard on my track.

The Rabbits have been playing all over in January - six shows, which is a lot for us in a month. Every place loves us, and Bourbon Jake's wants to sign us to a yearlong contract! So if you haven't heard us yet, you don't know what you're missing. Wigs, hats, sunglasses and plenty of shenanigans will warm your frozen winter's heart, for sure.

I'm looking forward to shooting the next short film by Scallywag Productions, Side Effects, in March. This is a precursor to their awesome feature film Zomedy which will be shot this summer. Still hoping for a part in that too! If you want to contribute to helping fund Side Effects, go here and donate as little as $10 to help make Scallywag's dreams come true!

Have a wonderfully freezing day, my pretties!
